Processing Times
Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight and location.

International Shipping (Aotearoa & beyond)
We currently ship to selected countries. Delivery times typically range from 10–20 business days depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Once parcels are lodged with the courier/postal service, Heitiki Books is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of books and printed products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
