30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll need proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Return Address

The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, contact us straight away with photos and we’ll sort it for you.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

We can’t accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalised products (items made especially for you)

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for something else, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card company to process it.
