Our story

Heitiki Books is a small Māori pakihi based in Te Whenua Ariki (Queensland), creating and curating taonga that celebrate Māori, Pasifika and Indigenous cultures.

What began as a search for meaningful resources for our own tamariki has grown into a collection of books, games, gifts and learning resources designed to support whānau in growing their puna reo, strengthening cultural connections, and celebrating identity.

We believe te reo Māori and culture should be visible, accessible and woven into everyday life. Whether you're taking your first steps in te reo, reconnecting with your whakapapa, or raising tamariki away from home, we're here to support your journey.
